We then produce a technical report with key observations and recommendations focused on how to fix the problem.

The report is usually accompanied by a quotation for services and materials needed to carry out the work.

This way, the response is tailored to your needs, and you can review the observations and proposed course of action in your own time.

Guarantees

We’ll be honest about when it is and isn’t possible to guarantee work. This will be based on the type of issue and the agreed plan to fix it.
