Roofing Services Operative

Elemental GT is looking for an experienced roofing operative to provide services in a range of roof service sectors: flat (single-ply) roofing, metal roofing, solar panel installation, green roof, pitched roofing, to support our team on commercial and domestic roofing work.

Apprentice

Elemental GT is looking for roofing apprentices to begin work with Elemental GT and build a career in roofing and flood protection systems.

A roofing apprentice will assist a certified tradesperson and learn the trade through on-the-job training, supported by formal instruction through the NVQ Level 2 programme. The apprentice will be guided through relevant Health and Safety training, and assisted to achieve the relevant skills to work on site, and progress to the role of junior trades.

Apprentice roofers do not require previous experience; however, you will need to have a 'can-do' attitude, a desire to learn the trade, the ability to listen and follow instructions, reliable and have a good attention to detail.

You must be comfortable with working at height and working outside in all types of weather.

Elemental GT carry out roofing works across the South of England and therefore you need to be willing to travel and it would be ideal if you have your own transport.
